Cook & Sip

Every evening, our intimate space is transformed into a dinner party of strangers mingling and forging new friendships. Guests will enjoy a one-of-a-kind tasting menu paired with beverages and prepared by our talented chefs right in front of you! Typically, our dinners fall into one of the following categories: 

Demonstration dinners are structured around guests observing the cooking techniques and processes of the chefs as they prepare the evening's menu.  While you gaze upon them slicing, dicing, and cooking, you are welcome to free your inquisitive intuitions and flood the chefs with questions. As you indulge in delightful conversation with the chefs, the sommelier of the evening will introduce each course's wine pairing. 

Wine dinners are a fun departure from cook & sip’s typical offering enjoy a series of hand-selected wines for the class. While you enjoy a featured Chef’s Table style pairing. Although these classes do not feature any structured cooking demonstrations, you will revel the opportunity to delve deep in discovery of wine studies! 

Cookbook working with exciting cookbooks, whether new releases or old favorites, the chefs select their favorite recipes from their favorite book and create a memorable five course meal. The evening will include ample cooking demonstrations, expertly-paired wines, and a copy of the evening's featured book! 

Hands On experiences encourage guests to roll up their sleeves and put on their aprons for an interactive class. Whether learning pasta making and shapes or different sauces and techniques, guests will work alongside the cook & sip chefs to create the evening's meal. 

 

 

Private Experience

Our private culinary experiences are perfect for your next special occasion. We bring the cooking, sipping and socializing to your bachelorette party, bridal shower, birthday party, corporate team building and more. Our amazing chef will be there to guide and instruct you through the process of creating your meal.  Food is the universal language that we all love and understand. What better way is there than cooking to build camaraderie, encourage collaboration, and flourish in friendship? 

All of our events are led by chefs whose entertaining and engaging personalities are exceeded only by their tremendous culinary talents. Top that with inspired menus filled with creative deliciousness! 

Pricing & How It Works  

Choose your date, time and location. Select a menu and event style. Gather your thoughts on anything special we can do to make your event uniquely yours. Call our event team; they’ll take it from there. 

Accommodations  

We can accommodate up to 1-10 people in the kitchen and up to 20 people at off-site private venue locations. 

Menu 

The menu varies based on the class selected. You can always add appetizers or additional dessert to your menu if you wish, from our Catering Menu. 

Beverages 

Cook & Sip is a bring your own bottle social event, you as the guest are responsible for providing your own alcoholic beverages as per recommendation by our chefs for your scheduled event along with any necessary licenses and permits needed by the city and / or county. Most classes include 2 drinks per person to be used for non-alcoholic beverages (unless otherwise specified).  

Hours  

The class, including meal time, takes approximately 3 hours. 

Setup 

Guests arrive and are greeted by our chef. They are guided into the kitchen, where they can enjoy a beverage, as we wait for the remaining guests to arrive. Class will begin as promptly as possible. Once the class has been completed, guests are invited to take a seat where they will be served a multi course family style meal, including the items they made during class. Any leftovers are sent home with the guests. 

 Location & Pricing  

In our kitchen: We can accommodate 1-10 people. There is a $500 class minimum to host a private cooking kitchen class on a Monday through Thursday. 

Private Off-Site Venue

We can accommodate 1-20 people offsite in a private event venue rented by an accommodating host. There is a $500 class minimum plus a travel and setup fee is required to host a private cooking class at a private location. 

Class Pricing   

Is based on the day of the week and is as follows:

Monday -Thursday: $300.00

Friday & Sunday: $500.00

Saturday: $750.00
